Everlast Recovery is a Post Exercise Food Supplement (with sugar and sweetener) providing a 3:1 ratio of carbohydrates to protein, plus a unique blend of Ribose, Glutamine and other vitamins and minerals.
Recommended for after intense or prolonged exercise, and formulated with:
> A multi-transportable blend of fast and slow digesting carbohydrates.
> Good quality protein, vitamin B6 which contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and zinc for protein synthesis.
