Everlast Pre Workout is a Food Supplement (with sweetener) providing an intense advanced blend of Citrulline Malate, L-Tyrosine, Creatine, Arginine AKG, Taurine, Beta-Alanine and Caffeine.
Targeting the sports enthusiast and designed to aid your workout by equipping the body with an intense stimulating combination of individual B vitamins, amino acids and other additions:
> Consumption of Creatine increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity, repeated exercise bouts at an intake of 3g+ daily.
> Caffeine (200mg) per serving. Caffeine increases concentration and alertness.
> Vitamin C contributes to maintain normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones and cartilage. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for Use:
Take 1 scoop (5g) per day mixed with 150ml water.
