To support the sports enthusiast Everlast suggest taking this on an empty stomach on waking, or/and pre or post workouts, either as part of a good recovery strategy or as a fuel source for during exercise.

Directions for Use:
Take 5g (1 serving) daily with water, or in smoothie and shakes.
We recommend max 2 servings per day.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
