Directions for Use:
For adults performing high intensity exercise:
Week 1: Chew 6 mints throughout the day as required (providing 5g Creatine).
Week 2: Chew 6 mints every second day to fully maximise Creatine transporters.
*At a minimum of 3g (4 mints) daily, Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
