What is Everlast Creatine Edge and How Does it Work:

Directions for Use:
Take 2-6 capsules daily with water.
For adults performing high intensity exercise: 6 capsules (3g) daily for 7 days, then 6 capsules (3g) every second day to fully maximise Creatine transporters.
To ensure adequate hydration, please increase your water intake to at least 2.5L per day whilst taking Creatine.
Do not exceed recommended amount unless directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
